The National Constitution Center, just steps away from where the Constitution and Declaration of Independence were drafted, is both a museum and educational outreach center. The centerpiece of the museum is the Kimmel Theater, where you can view a multimedia presentation featuring live actors, music, and video projection. In The Signers exhibit, see life-size bronze statues depicting all the delegates who attended the Constitutional Convention. After viewing the exhibit, you have the chance to decide whether or not you would sign the Constitution. In The American Experience exhibit, learn the role that the Constitution has played throughout our history, and why it is just important today as it was over 200 years ago. Learn how our government works, take the presidential oath of office, or sit in the seat of a Justice of the Supreme Court. Watch up-to-the-minute constitutional issues unfold, and email elected officials.

Besides the permanent exhibits, the National Constitution Center also houses a variety of changing exhibits highlighting important historical or constitutional issues. Admission is $9 for adults and $7 for children, students, and active military. The exhibits are open from 9:30am to 5pm, with Kimmel Theater shows running twice an hour.
